May 28, 2024 — Big thank you to the organizers at Society for Technical Communication hashtagSTC24, the many inspiring speakers, and the enthusiastic attendees for making the hashtagSTCSummit such an enriching and interesting event. From insightful sessions on hashtagCCMS and the future of documentation to engaging and eye-opening discussions on hashtagAI (of course), there was a lot to take in and learn.
I had the pleasure of engaging in great conversations with professionals from companies like LG Electronics, CARMAX, TELUS, Esri, Cepheid, and Delta Air Lines about tackling their unique content challenges.
