    Martha MacMillan joins Precision Content

    Marth_MacMillan headshotPrecision Content is proud to announce the hiring of Martha (Orr) MacMillan as our Manager of Learning & Development. Martha is bringing more than 12 years experience in learning and development experience to the company having had roles in retail, telecom, electronics, investment banking, and hospitality industries.

    In this new role, Martha will be managing the design and development of the company’s training materials, with a vision to quickly expand the company’s skill-transfer capabilities via eLearning, video, and microlearning. Having experienced topic-based authoring early in her career, Martha’s experience in design, facilitation, and assessment, mixed with her domain knowledge make her a rare, and timely addition to the Precision Content team.

    Martha held training and development roles with some of Canada’s leading brands including Mountain Equipment Co-op, Best Buy, and Mobilicity. This experience has clearly added to her eye for detail, high-quality standards, and her constant focus on the learners’ success.
